Our most popular standard package, the Premium Health Check goes beyond the Advanced tier with expanded liver function testing, carotid artery Doppler ultrasound, a 12-item comprehensive tumour marker panel, and gene screening for 20 cancer susceptibility genes. All completed in one day at our Grade 3A partner hospital in Guangzhou.
The gene cancer susceptibility screening is a standout feature — identifying inherited genetic risk factors before symptoms appear, allowing for proactive lifestyle and medical intervention.
Female patients additionally receive gynaecological tumour markers (CA125, CA153, HE4) and breast colour Doppler ultrasound. Capsule endoscopy is available as an add-on.

Patient Preparation Instructions

Failure to follow preparation steps might require postponing your appointment.
- Fasting: Fast for 8–12 hours before your appointment. Plain water is permitted.
- Gene Test: No special preparation required for genetic testing — a blood sample is taken during your regular blood draw.
- Stool Sample: Collect a stool sample on the morning of your appointment.
- Capsule Endoscopy (if selected): A specific dietary preparation guide will be sent in advance.
