Package Overview

Specialist Breast Check-Up

The most comprehensive breast screening package available — combining three complementary imaging modalities for maximum detection sensitivity. This package includes 3.0T MRI breast (plain and enhanced), 3D digital mammography (bilateral), bilateral breast and axillary lymph node ultrasound, breast tumour markers (CEA, CA15-3), and a female surgical physical examination.

Combining MRI, mammography, and ultrasound achieves the highest possible detection rate for breast cancer, benign masses, and pre-cancerous changes — particularly important for women with dense breast tissue or elevated risk.

Included Diagnostics & Tests

3D Digital Mammography (Bilateral) Tomosynthesis (3D) mammography of both breasts for microcalcification and mass detection across all tissue layers.
Bilateral Breast & Axillary Lymph Node Ultrasound High-resolution ultrasound of both breasts and axillary lymph nodes to characterise masses and detect lymphadenopathy.

Patient Preparation Instructions

Please follow these preparation protocols to ensure the accuracy of your results.

Failure to follow preparation steps might require postponing your appointment.

  1. Scheduling: Mammography is ideally scheduled 7–10 days after the start of your menstrual cycle when breast tissue is less dense and tender. Post-menopausal women can attend at any time.
  2. Clothing & Deodorant: Do not apply deodorant, talcum powder, perfume, or lotion to the chest, underarms, or neck area on the day of your appointment. Wear a two-piece outfit for easy access.
  3. MRI Contrast: The MRI includes contrast injection (gadolinium). Inform us in advance of any known allergies or kidney disease.
  4. Pregnancy: Inform your care manager if you are pregnant — some components may be modified.
